Combine the log functions and move the 2 to the other side

\log(x)-\log(x+3)=-2

log({\frac{x}{x+3})=-2

\frac{x}{x+3}=10^{-2}

\frac{x}{x+3}=\frac{1}{100}

100x=x+3

x=\frac{1}{33}
